Any information relating to the location of a “Members” Will is restricted to access by “The Will Finders Registry Ltd” and its associates, the “Member” and trustees of the “Members” estate. All data is stored on a high level security server and it is understood by the “Member” that access to the information relating to the whereabouts of the “Members” Will is strictly limited to authorised parties only.

The term "User" refers to anyone who uses this website and therefore, upon using this website, the term “User” shall then refer to you.

The term “Member” refers to anyone, over the age of 18, who registers as a “Member” with “The Will Finders Registry Ltd” and pays the enrollment fee.

The term "Provided Information/material”, refers to all material, or any part thereof that is disclosed or provided by the “User”.

The term "Information" refers to all information and material, or any part thereof, that is contained within the Website which is recorded by, or on behalf of “The Will Finders Registry Ltd” or any of its associates.

The “User” agrees as follows:-

1.10 : that he/she shall not use any ‘free text’ facility on the website in a manner which could be construed unlawful, damaging or in any way offensive . “The Will Finders Registry Ltd” at all times, reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, to remove or ban any party who breaches this issue.

Membership Renewal

Membership of the service provided by “The Will Finders Registry Ltd” is annually renewable but any membership renewal fee shall be waived by “The Will Finders Registry Ltd” for an indefinite period, but for a definite period of not less than 3 years from inception of membership. Membership Renewal will be automatic, made and confirmed by email.

Refunds of Enrollment Fee

If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from The Will Finders Registry Ltd, you are entitled to a refund in full within 14 days of purchase.

This Agreement

This Agreement details the understanding between you the “User” and “The Will Finders Registry Ltd”.

Governmental Jurisdiction
